SUGGESTIONS FOR MICKEY’S MUSTARD
Mickey’s can be used as a base on brisket, ribs, and chicken. Put a good amount of mustard on the meat and let set in the refrigerator over night in foil. Put a dry rub on top of the mustard and bake.
Mix ½ cup Mickey’s mustard with about 1 tablespoon soy sauce and ½ teaspoon of honey. Spread on salmon and bake on foil in 350 degrees until done. You may have to increase the amounts depending on the size of salmon you have.
Hard boil eggs. Cut in half. Separate yolks from whites. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise and Mickey’s mustard to taste. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture. Wow! What difference.
Mix equal parts of honey and Mickey’s mustard together and pour over salad.
Can be used in potato salad and macaroni salad.
Also used on chicken wings while baked or tossed on after fried.
Try some of Mickey’s mustard in baked beans, adds a little zip.
Great for dipping cheese and summer sausage
If you make your own pizza, try using the mustard instead of tomato sauce. Add ham, onions, peppers and a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar. A pizza shop made it and claims everyone really liked it.
