Pork Butt/ Brisket/ ribs/ Chicken
- Begin preparing your meat of choice by lathering the meat with a generous amount of Mickey's Mustard, apply your favorite spices or Rub. We like Mr. G’s Spices. We use the Steak Seasoning on Brisket and the All-Purpose Seasoning on Chicken and Pork.
- After a couple of hours, you may re-apply more mustard and your favorite dry rub if you so desire.
- Cook, bake or smoke until tender, depending on the weight of your meat.
